When you can see your face in replace of someone else's, it becomes an eery possibility that it could actually be your face.

I look forward to continuing this conversation with you on Twitter, IG, and Facebook: @LaKendraSpks. Tell your friends to look me up on iHeartRadio and ask Alexa to play I Just Wanna Talk on Amazon Music!

This is a wake up call. I'll be honest before listening to this point of view of seeing myself, my family, or my friends as Breonna Taylor, I was numbed to the situation. It's not that I didn't care about Ms. Taylor but the facts were not as conclusive. It seemed as though the full story was not being told. Thank you for bringing more light to the overall issue.

These are very scary times for being Black in America. The fact that individuals involved are not being held accountable or taking responsibility for their wrong actions baffles me as well. Not just for this case but for the previous cases. This leads me to believe that they feel justified in their actions and will do it again if permitted. Sad,sad world we live in.

I'm one of the ones who saw the title of this podcast and the image along with it and I saw it immediately. I didn't want to see it and I really didn't want to acknowledge the resemblance. I didn't want to listen. Now that some time has passed, I'm glad I did. You spoke the truth and put to words a lot of the same emotion I am feeling.

So proud of you!
